Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize business outcomes while managing risk. Analyze cases and perform in-depth legal research to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting internal and external counsel. Assess regulatory compliance and assist with due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions.
