Remote LPN/LVN - Nevada Work Arrangement: Fully Remote (Nevada LPN/LVN license required)Schedule: Flexible | Part-Time or Full-TimeLicensure: Active Nevada LPN or LVN (Required) Role Overview:PharmD Live seeks a proactive Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our remote care team. This position supports patients enrolled in chronic care management (CCM) and remote patient monitoring (RPM) programs. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, education, and coordination, ensuring adherence to care plans while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
