The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis - Standard Cost will lead global consolidation and standard cost processes within the Global Operations & Supply Chain finance team, oversee reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and provide analysis and insights to executive leadership. The role will also drive process improvement, standardization, and team supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the annual standard cost roll process
• Responsible for all consolidated month end reporting related to the overall Global Operations & Supply Chain business unit
• Responsible for ensuring accuracy in GOSC results during month end close, working with the various teams to investigate and resolve issues
• Lead efforts for continuous improvement of all financial packages and deliverables
• Responsible for compliance and accuracy in financial results, ensuring adherence to all GAAP and SEC requirements
• Supervise a team of two
• Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines concurrently
• Work on ad hoc requests and initiatives as required by leadership

Skills

• 8+ years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in related field, preferred, or equivalent work experience, preferred
• Standard cost experience in a manufacturing environment, highly preferred
