Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. XM is hiring a Manual QA Tester to help ensure software quality throughout the development process. The role involves front-end, back-end, and end-to-end testing with cross-functional agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute test cases based on business requirements
• Document and evaluate test results
• Enhance software delivery and quality throughout the entire software development cycle
• Participate on regression and verification testing
• Investigate, report, track and verify bugs and improvements

Skills

• BSc/MSc in Computer science
• 2+ years of experience in manual testing of software products
• Strong knowledge in software methodologies and techniques
• Experience in databases, CI/CD and task management tools
• Strong organisational skills
• Committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and achieving the best results
• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Web and mobile testing experience
• Good understanding of the Forex and trading industries
• Experience in scripting languages
• Experience with automated testing
• Familiar with different API protocols and technologies
