EPAM Systems is hiring a Campaign Manager to translate market opportunities and business priorities into data-driven integrated marketing campaigns. The role leads global campaign strategy, orchestration, cross-functional execution, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into focused integrated campaign strategies aligned to digital transformation capabilities
• Define comprehensive campaign strategy including audience segmentation, messaging, positioning, and channel mix across awareness and consideration stages
• Own campaign planning, orchestration, and performance measurement across global programs and customer touchpoints
• Partner with cross-functional teams including GTM, Content, Digital, Field Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations for coordinated execution
• Guide campaign narrative and content requirements across thought leadership, webinars, paid media, events, and sales enablement materials
• Track and optimize campaign performance using engagement metrics, pipeline progression, and ROI analysis to drive continuous improvement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business, Communications, or related field
• 6-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, integrated campaigns, or go-to-market strategy
• Proven experience managing global or multi-regional marketing campaigns in technology or professional services environments
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, customer journeys, and pipeline generation methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities with strong analytical and project management skills
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and campaign management platforms
• Familiarity with ABM programs and ability to use data insights to optimize campaign impact
• Experience in retail and consumer services industries
