Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. A Color Company is hiring a part-time, remote Marketing Intern to introduce the company and its ventures to new audiences. The intern will create content, support product launches and collaborations, grow an audience for Cobalt, and track marketing performance while working with product and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and producing short-form content for social media, writing copy for the website and product pages, and building an audience around Cobalt, the company’s first color application
• The intern will help plan product launches, identify creators and partners for collaborations, and draft newsletters and announcements
• The role also involves tracking engagement and growth metrics, summarizing results for leadership, and collaborating with product and design teams to keep each venture’s story consistent with the company’s palette

Skills

• A portfolio of original work is required
• Applicants must submit a portfolio or links to at least three pieces of content they have created, such as videos, social media posts, graphics, or written campaigns
• Currently enrolled as a college junior
• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
• Demonstrated Content Creation skills, including short-form video, photography, or graphic design
• Working knowledge of Social Media Marketing on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Strong Copywriting skills, with the ability to write concise, engaging text in a consistent brand voice
• Familiarity with Marketing Analytics, including reading engagement data and reporting on campaign results
• Proficiency with design or editing tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• A Color Company welcomes international students and sponsors work authorization for this role
• Students on an F-1 visa will need Curricular Practical Training (CPT) approval from their university
• Interest in design, wellbeing, and multidisciplinary innovation
• Experience growing a personal, club, or startup account is beneficial
