The role involves contributing to building design projects from concept through construction administration and solving client challenges.

Responsibilities

• Work on technically demanding commercial and industrial projects where schedules are tight and standards are high
• Solve real client challenges using approaches refined over years of experience
• Get involved across the full design process, from concept through construction administration

Skills

• PEs, EITs, and engineers without either certification
• Engineers currently or previously working in commercial, industrial, or institutional design
• Engineers interested in transitioning into commercial or industrial work
• Technical ability, ambition, and willingness to learn are a priority over specific experience
• Experience on large-scale or fast-track building projects is a plus
