Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Apollo Technical is recruiting an Entry-Level Mechanical Engineer for an unnamed client. The role supports the design, assembly, installation, and service of coil winding and automation machinery, along with customer support and coordination with teams in the US and Italy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mechanical design of machines in 3D and 2D CAD, including detailing and documentation
• Develop bills of materials and technical documentation for machinery
• Perform mechanical assembly and work with tight tolerances
• Provide on-site service, installation, and customer acceptance support (including travel to customer locations)
• Deliver phone and remote technical support for machines in the field
• Assist with programming of winding and automation equipment and with spare parts identification and shipment
• Document open issues and coordinate solutions with US and Italian teams

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 0–5 years of experience as a Service Engineer in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical diagrams, and automation processes
• Proficiency with CAD software (SolidWorks, CoCreate, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Familiarity with shop machinery (mill, lathe, grinder, etc.)
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contact management tools
• Authorized to work in the United States required
• Knowledge of coil winding and automation machinery preferred
• Italian is a plus
