Who we're looking for Active MD or DO license; board certified in primary care, internal medicine, PM&R, pain medicine, or psychiatry preferred Active malpractice coverage Comfort with telehealth-only practice and asynchronous oversight workflows Familiarity with care-management billing helpful, not required What we handle CMS-855B enrollment, MSO-PC formation, NP credentialing, banking setup, billing operations, and platform engineering.
