A TYPICAL DAY Throughout your day you can expect to:

• Make and receive up to 40+ calls with Veterans, clinics, providers, and healthcare reputed company.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate medical examinations.

• Navigate multiple computer applications while speaking with callers.
• Coordinate appointment availability with providers and clinics.

• Meet daily productivity, quality, and documentation expectations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate and schedule Compensation & Pension (C&P) medical examinations for Veterans.

• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and monitor appointments through completion.
