Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is a mortgage company focused on helping customers use home equity to support retirement planning through reverse mortgage products. The Mortgage Sales Manager will lead a team of reverse mortgage loan officers, manage sales metrics and loan pipelines, provide training and coaching, and support growth of the HECM department.

Responsibilities

• Daily/weekly trainings and call reviews
• Screening, Interviewing and Hiring team members
• Managing lead conversions and metrics
• Managing a pipeline of loans and ensuring they close in a timely manner
• Coaching and motivating the team
• Assisting upper management in growing the HECM department

Skills

• The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience managing a team of reverse mortgage LO's in a call center environment
• Would consider a manager that has managed in the mortgage space for inside call centers and does not have reverse mortgage experience but does have mortgage experience
• Would consider a loan officer with at least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience in a call center environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
