Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CritiCore, Inc. is hiring a National Sales Manager to grow sales with existing customers in North America. The role manages high-growth industrial accounts, drives sales and margin growth, and builds relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of sales plan to drive sales and margin growth
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at assigned accounts
• Sales Representatives, GM’s, MCM’s, and Key Account Managers
• Quarterly business reviews with key national accounts
• Lead new product launch with marketing support
• Manage sales prices and margin on all customers
• Maintain and expand our database of customers and prospects by utilizing our CRM software
• Identify customer needs and associated issues, as well as industry trends, to deliver feedback regarding potential new product development and marketing opportunities
• 50% National Travel to distributors as well as industry trade shows

Skills

• Proven outside sales experience
• History of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone and in person presence
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
