The Integrations Developer will build and maintain integrations across business systems, ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and support operational excellence in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain integrations between key business systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Shopify, and other platforms
• Leverage tools like Celigo to create data flows and streamline cross-system processes to reduce manual intervention and enhance process efficiency
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements
• Ensure data integrity and synchronization across all connected business systems
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track integration health and operational performance
• Assist in the creation and execution of data migration strategies for new system implementations
• Act as the first point of contact for issues related to system integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, working with internal teams and vendors as needed
• Document system changes, update technical documentation, and support end-user training

Skills

• - 3-7 years of experience in software development with strong experience in integration of systems using SuiteScript
• - Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Shopify, and Celigo (or similar iPaaS tools)
• - Strong understanding of APIs, REST, and data integration best practices
• - Experience with scripting languages (Python) and SQL for data manipulation
• - Ability to identify root causes and recommend data-driven solutions
• - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
