• Digital Engagement
• Workforce Optimization (WFO)
• Call Recording
• Quality Management
• Experience integrating CXone with Salesforce, CRM platforms, and enterprise systems
• Knowledge of telephony concepts, SIP, VoIP, and contact center infrastructure
• Experience supporting Agile delivery methodologies
• NICE CXone Technical Certification(s)
• Experience implementing Medicaid, Healthcare, Government, or large-scale customer support contact centers
• Experience with Azure cloud services and API integration platforms
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
