Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Electro is hiring a NIL Marketing Intern to support communications with athlete partners and manage CRM records. The role focuses on maintaining athlete relationships, responding to common questions, identifying prospective athlete partners, and reporting on partnership activity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with current athlete partners to support engagement
• Answer common questions and resolve athlete issues using internal guidelines
• Document athlete outreach in our CRM with clear notes and follow-up dates
• Identify college athletes on Instagram who align with the brand and add them to our pipeline
• Build strong athlete relationships through clear and supportive communication
• Track athlete interactions in our CRM systems, including Notion and internal tools
• Prepare weekly summaries of athlete partnerships and results

Skills

• Comfortable initiating professional conversations with new contacts
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Basic understanding of NIL agreements (training is provided)
• Clear, professional, and personable writing style
• High attention to detail and reliability
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote startup environment
