We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Part-Time Office Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. This is a remote, work-from-home position ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate must be professional, dependable, comfortable using computers, and capable of managing multiple administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages professionally. Assist with daily administrative and clerical duties. Maintain accurate patient and employee records. Perform data entry and update electronic records. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating staff. Communicate with patients, caregivers, nurses, and office personnel. Organize and maintain electronic documents and files. Follow up on pending paperwork and administrative requests. Assist with insurance verification and patient intake as needed. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and company information. Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Previous office or administrative experience preferred. Healthcare or home health experience is a plus but not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer applications. Must have reliable internet access and a computer. Must be comfortable answering phone calls and communicating professionally. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
