Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of complex secretarial and administrative duties in support of the Bureau of Oil and Gas Planning and Program Management
• This position provides direct administrative support for the Bureau of Oil and Gas Planning and Program Management (BOGPPM)
• This position is the primary administrative support position for the bureau and coordinates administrative activities with the bureau director, respective division chiefs and/or staff and the administrative officer in the Deputy Secretarys Office of Oil and Gas Management

Skills

• Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university or any equivalent combination of experience and training
• You must meet the PA residency requirement
• You must be able to perform essential job functions
