The Onsite Program Manager will lead complex, multi-project programs, overseeing governance, stakeholder relationships, delivery execution, risks, budgets, communications, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives
• Act as the primary client-facing point of contact, building strong relationships with business and executive stakeholders
• Define program roadmap, governance framework, and execution strategy
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring integrated planning, execution, and delivery
• Drive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling across the program lifecycle
• Ensure effective communication, including status reporting, progress tracking, and executive updates
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery alignment
• Monitor program performance using metrics, KPIs, and dashboards, ensuring continuous improvement
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance standards, and best practices
• Support financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
• Drive client satisfaction through high-quality delivery and proactive engagement

Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Program/Project Management
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs or multiple projects in an enterprise environment
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, client handling, and delivery governance
• Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models
• Solid understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, budgets, schedules, and dependencies effectively
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Experience in Healthcare domain is highly desirable
• Familiarity with Salesforce / Digital Transformation programs is a plus
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, reporting dashboards
