Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aldridge Pite, LLP is hiring a Processor III to review, draft, and manage foreclosure assignments for the firm’s portfolio. The role also oversees assignment execution and follow-up, maintains case and client system information, and ensures assignments are sent for recording in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Review Title and Security Deeds to determine the correct chain of Assignments of Mortgage
• Correctly draft and provide Assignments of Mortgage to the client within set timelines
• Maintain client systems with current information regarding the Assignment Process
• Work proactively with other teams, both internal and client, to resolve any Assignment related issues
• Update the Foreclosure status in the Firm’s case management system
• Completing client system steps
• Uploading documents for execution
• Drafting of Summons
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed

Skills

• High School Diploma
• Understanding of the Georgia Foreclosure process with previous Default industry experience
• Must be proficient in software tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet
• Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills
• Must provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
• Identifies and solves issues in a timely manner
• Must be a team player and willing to help others in their department whenever necessary
• Must be extremely organized and be able to multi-task
• Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance
• Takes initiative in face of obstacles and identifies what needs to be done and takes action
• Demonstrates commitment to Firm's vision, mission, and core values
• Analytical and detail oriented, while working at a fast pace and capable of multi-tasking
• Develops professional relationships and builds rapport with others
• Overall good work ethic and willingness to adapt to change
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Chain of Title Review/Assignment review experience preferred
• Experience with various client systems preferred (Lenstar, LPS, VendorScape, Real Resolution)
