We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in implementation, configuration, Fast Formula, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional design, configuration, implementation, and post-go-live support for Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management. Conduct requirements-gathering and solution-design workshops with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and business teams. Configure Absence Plans, Absence Types, Absence Categories, Eligibility Profiles, Certifications, and Reasons. Configure PTO, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and other leave programs. Manage accrual rules, enrollment, waiting periods, carryover, ceilings, limits, proration, and plan-year configurations. Configure and troubleshoot Accrual Plans and Qualification Plans. Develop and troubleshoot Oracle HCM Fast Formulas for accruals, eligibility, duration, proration, carryover, and complex absence scenarios. Configure absence approvals, validations, notifications, and employee/manager self-service. Ensure seamless integration with Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Time and Labor. Troubleshoot absence balances, eligibility, accrual calculations, employee data, and production issues. Support CRP, SIT, UAT, data conversion, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization. Collaborate with technical teams on HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI/BIP reports, and integrations. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management. Experience with multiple end-to-end Absence Management implementations. Expertise in Absence Plans, Absence Types, Accrual Plans, Qualification Plans, and Eligibility Profiles. Strong knowledge of Absence-related Fast Formulas. Understanding of Core HR employee data, assignment changes, and their impact on absence eligibility and accruals. Experience with functional design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support. Ability to independently lead functional activities and work directly with HR/business stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) experience is a strong plus, especially knowledge of Absence integration with Time Cards, Payroll, schedules, and employee time processing.
