Wix is hiring an Outbound Account Executive to drive new-business sales of Wix Premium and Wix POS products to merchants not currently using Wix. The role manages the sales cycle from prospecting through close and supports a smooth transition to onboarding and activation.

Responsibilities

• Run a full-cycle outbound motion - prospecting, qualifying, and closing new, non-Wix merchants across Wix Premium and Wix POS products
• Conduct product discovery and demo calls to understand merchant needs and showcase Wix’s unified commerce capabilities
• Work closely with our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and be the true voice of the customer
• Work closely with onboarding specialists to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding to activation
• Stay on top of retail trends, payment technologies, and competitor offerings
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Skills

• 2+ years of full-cycle outbound SaaS sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A hunter's mentality and have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and client-focused KPIs
• Excellent project management and organization skills that will allow you to manage a large pipeline and client buying journeys
• You're comfortable operating in ambiguity, thrive in an ever-changing environment, and want to be a part of helping to write the playbook instead of sitting back and executing
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
• An eCommerce, solution selling, point-of-sale or payments background
