REMOTE Outbound Patient Coordinator (Call Center) – Contract position that could go permanent. Must have medical/healthcare experience in outbound call center / customer service. Fully remote position with a 100% remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to patients to schedule appointments for a medical office Confirm and update patient information in the scheduling system Provide clear information regarding appointment details, preparation, and follow-up instructions Handle patient questions or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary Meet daily/weekly call volume and scheduling targets Maintain accurate records of calls and scheduling outcomes

Requirements
