Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Process Solutions Integration (PSI), a SunSource company, is seeking an Outside Sales Account Manager for process filtration. The role manages and grows customer accounts, provides technical filtration consulting, and develops sales strategies for customers in refinery and natural gas processing markets.

Responsibilities

• Travels regionally to call on existing and target customers
• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and supports customer needs through frequent personal, written, and phone conversations
• Serve as technical filtration consultant to the customer
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
• Identify, design, develop and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue goals and the company’s mission
• Increase customer base and add to existing customer profitability
• Leverage our expanding product lines to capture market share from vulnerable strategic competitors
• Promote a customer-oriented focus and advocate consultative customer relationships

Skills

• Knowledge and experience in the process filtration industry
• Knowledge of refinery and natural gas processing plants and how filtration plays a very important role in the operation of those process systems
• Knowledge of those filtration products
• HS Diploma or GED
• 5+ years experience in B2B industrial sales
• Valid driver's license
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency to include use of laptop/desktop, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, ability to learn and use a CRM system
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
• 3+ years industrial filtration sales experience
