Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dorman Products is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow revenue and customer partnerships in the Kentucky territory. The role focuses on prospecting and developing dealer accounts, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets through in-person, solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to maximize coverage and revenue
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM system
• Prospect, qualify, and develop new dealer accounts within an assigned territory
• Conduct in‑person sales calls, product demonstrations, and presentations
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in alignment with company guidelines
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer inquiries and issues
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling
• Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations, pricing, supply chain) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
• Track expenses and submit reports in compliance with company policies
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2–5+ years of outside sales experience in powersports, auto, or aftermarket or experience selling B2B products or services is desired
• Knowledge of UTV/ATV industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Valid driver's license
• Bachelor's degree
