R3 Roofing & Exteriors is hiring an Outside Sales Representative 2 to lead and inspire a sales team while managing leads and sales processes. The role includes property damage inspections, estimates, follow-ups, and communication with property owners for roofing and exterior renovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct free property damage inspections and assessments promptly and professionally
• Maintain a high level of prospecting, referral generation, and contract closures for roofing, siding, and gutters
• Utilize field technology tools for activity tracking and damage documentation
• Execute trained sales processes effectively
• Collaborate with property owners to create, negotiate, and finalize exterior renovation projects
• Communicate proactively with property owners throughout the process to ensure their satisfaction and secure future business and referrals

• Previous experience in the roofing industry or a similar field
