The Junior Outside Sales Representative will develop territory accounts, identify new sales opportunities, support senior representatives, and learn the company's packaging solutions through training.

Responsibilities

• Territory Development — Build and grow accounts across Orange County and Southern Los Angeles
• Client Prospecting — Identify new opportunities and support senior reps in developing leads
• Sales Training — Participate in structured onboarding and product education
• Packaging Solutions — Learn how flexible packaging is sold, converted, and applied across industries

Skills

• A strong desire to build a career in outside sales
• Any sales experience is a strong plus
• Experience in packaging is a plus , not required
