Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Private Company is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage paid social and search campaigns for a portfolio of clients. The role develops strategies and KPIs, optimizes budgets and performance, reports on campaign results, and collaborates with media, creative, and vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Take the wheel on paid social and search campaigns for a small portfolio of clients
• Develop strategies that align with business goals, and set (and hit!) meaningful KPIs
• Optimize budgets while maintaining or improving performance
• Test, learn, and iterate to keep campaigns getting better
• Turn data into clear reports that tell the story behind the numbers
• Partner with our media team, creative team, and third-party vendors

Skills

• 2-4 years of agency experience
• Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Strong grasp of audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and attribution tools
• Confidence engaging with executive-level stakeholders and supporting client conversations
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple campaigns independently while supporting the larger team
• LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok a plus
• E-commerce experience is a plus (especially in beauty space)
• A marketing degree is preferred
