Golden Pet Brands is hiring a Partnership Growth Specialist to generate revenue, grow the brand, and build relationships with global partners and affiliates. The role manages affiliate performance, develops and optimizes marketing campaigns, analyzes results, and supports partner onboarding and operations.

Responsibilities

• Management of Day to day performance of affiliates and agencies on assigned offers in order to hit key metrics
• Collaboration with Offer managers, Tech, Copywriting and Creative teams to ensure maximum performance of campaigns
• Initiating and implementing optimization strategies (testing different funnels/creatives) to maximize performance
• In depth data analysis into metrics such as CTR, CVR, AOV, LTV with the use of different reporting systems
• Setting up Google, Facebook, Taboola and other Ad network accounts to ensure data is being passed through correctly and being optimized as efficiently as possible
• Maintain a proactive approach to oversee the entire onboarding process, providing support to offer managers and leveraging insights from data analysis to continually enhance performance and achieve strategic objectives
• Communicating with offer managers and external partners our split testing pipelines and ensure that there are no bugs once live
• Responsible for maintaining and improving operational tasks within the department. For example, enhanced reporting/s2s tracking

• Strong knowledge of Affiliate Marketing, Paid Media Marketing and/or e-Commerce Marketing
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with SQL
