Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ITLabz Technology is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid campaign performance and measurement. The role manages Google and Meta advertising, conversion tracking, landing-page testing, and reporting, while collaborating with design and sales to improve qualified leads and pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads — Search, Performance Max and remarketing — for a B2B software services audience
• Run Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram, including audience building, creative testing and retargeting
• Own keyword research, negative keyword hygiene, bidding strategy and budget pacing across accounts
• Set up and maintain conversion tracking in GA4 and Google Tag Manager, and keep it working after site releases
• Brief and test landing pages with the design team, and run the experiments that decide which one stays
• Report weekly on spend, cost per qualified lead and pipeline contribution — and say plainly when a channel is not working
• Feed lead quality back from sales into targeting, so the account optimises toward revenue rather than form fills
• Keep an eye on LinkedIn Ads and Bing as secondary channels for the US and UK market

Skills

• Two or more years running Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts hands-on, not through an agency dashboard
• Genuine GA4 and Google Tag Manager skills — you can debug why a conversion stopped firing
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and Looker Studio, and able to build a report someone else can read
• Understand the difference between a lead and a qualified lead, and care about the second one
• Able to explain the reasoning behind a spend decision to someone who is not a marketer
• B2B or IT services experience, especially selling into the US or UK
• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
• Basic HTML/CSS, or experience working directly with developers on tracking
