RxSalesPros, a pharmaceutical and biotech recruiting firm, is hiring an experienced recruiter to support client hiring for pharma and biotech sales and sales leadership roles. The role owns full-cycle recruiting, partners with hiring managers, and manages candidate experience, offers, onboarding coordination, and ATS records.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for pharma and biotech sales and sales leadership roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Build and run sourcing strategies to find the strongest sales and sales leadership talent in the industry, especially passive candidates
• Screen and assess candidates on sales results, competencies and cultural fit
• Partner with hiring managers and sales leaders to understand their needs, then put a specific plan in place and deliver on time
• Provide a world-class client and candidate experience, keeping candidates and hiring managers informed and engaged throughout
• Manage offer negotiation, closing and onboarding coordination
• Manage candidates in our or our clients’ ATS for reporting and compliance (mostly Greenhouse and Workday)

Skills

• You've carried a bag in pharma, maybe even led a sales team, and you've already recruited pharma and biotech sales talent
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech sales
• 2+ years recruiting pharmaceutical or biotech sales talent , agency or in-house, with a proven full-cycle track record under tight timelines: sourcing, engaging passive talent, interviewing in depth, and closing
• Strong command of industry language and the skills, mindset and behaviors of winning sales reps and sales leaders
• Current knowledge of employment laws, including pay transparency, salary history bans and AI-in-hiring regulations
