Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ascension is a nonprofit Catholic health system seeking a Pharmacy Data Analyst to support its pharmacy services. The role interprets complex pharmacy data, develops analytical frameworks and actionable reports, ensures data integrity, and partners with management on ad hoc intelligence to improve clinical decisions and pharmacy workflows.

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex pharmacy data to build actionable reports that empower our clinical teams to make informed, life-saving decisions
• Design the architecture and scope of analytical frameworks to ensure our leadership has a clear, accurate roadmap for operational success
• Champion data integrity by performing rigorous quality checks, ensuring every insight we provide is a "single source of truth" for patient care
• Partner with management to deliver rapid, ad-hoc intelligence that solves immediate clinical challenges and optimizes pharmacy workflows

Skills

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
• Pharmacist credentialed from the Wisconsin Pharmacy Examining Board Preferred
• Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Preferred
• Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcare Association Preferred
• 340b Program experience strongly preferred
