This position focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights through Power BI dashboards, reporting solutions, and scalable data models. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, DAX, and data modeling with the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders and deliver meaningful analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective reporting solutions. Develop and optimize semantic models, reusable datasets, KPIs, and reporting frameworks. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data. Create intuitive visualizations that communicate trends, performance metrics, and business insights. Support self-service analytics by developing reusable reporting assets and documentation. Validate data accuracy, troubleshoot reporting issues, and maintain data quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and analytics capabilities. Follow established data governance, security, and compliance standards. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience developing business intelligence reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Hands-on experience with Power BI or a comparable enterprise BI platform. Strong SQL skills, including querying, data analysis, and reporting. Experience with DAX, data modeling, and semantic models. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing enterprise Power BI dashboards, executive reporting, and KPI scorecards. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, or modern cloud analytics platforms. Experience working with enterprise data warehouses and large datasets. Experience supporting self-service BI initiatives. Knowledge of data governance, security, and reporting compliance standards. Experience working in regulated industries.
