AI Case Leads generates signed personal injury cases for law firms and is hiring a PPC Media Buyer to turn high-intent search traffic into signed cases profitably. The role manages and scales Google and Microsoft search campaigns, optimizes toward qualified leads and signed cases, and collaborates with creative, landing page, and intake teams using downstream data.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage, and scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads search campaigns across multiple states and markets
• Own keyword strategy: research, match types, negatives, and search term mining
• Write and test ad copy, assets, and extensions
• Manage bidding strategies (tCPA, Max Conversions, manual where needed) against lead-quality goals
• Feed signed and qualified case data back into the platforms through offline conversion tracking
• Test landing pages and forms with our web team to improve conversion rate and lead quality
• Track performance through the whole funnel: CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPL, lead quality, and cost per signed case
• Monitor competitors, auction insights, and new geographic opportunities
• Catch and fix problems fast: wasted spend, tracking breaks, policy issues, quality score drops
• Keep a clean testing log of what we tried, what won, and what’s next

Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on Google Ads search experience
• A track record of managing and scaling meaningful monthly spend
• Deep knowledge of search campaign structure, match types, negatives, and Smart Bidding
• Experience with conversion tracking setup and offline conversion imports
• A strong direct-response and lead generation background
• Comfort working in spreadsheets and making decisions from data
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and markets at once
• You take ownership

• You do need to know search, want to get better, and own your results
• Personal injury, legal, insurance, or other high-CPC lead gen experience (strongly preferred)
