The Principal Engineer, Service Delivery - Networking role supports customer deployments by coordinating technical teams, troubleshooting enterprise AI data center solutions, resolving potential issues, and maintaining strong cross-functional communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with our technical solution team members to meet customer needs
• Proactively identify potential issues and drive resolution to avoid customer impact; facilitating continuous improvement
• Build and sustain effective communications with all partners and cross-functional teams, maximizing the customer experience
• Deploy and troubleshoot enterprise level hardware/software AI data center solutions
• Subject matter expert in key technology areas including server, storage, and networking
• Adherence in established organizational common practices and delivery methodologies

Skills

• Strong written and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong experience with: Networking and Networking protocols
• Layer 2 & Layer 3 switching
• SANs including iSCSI and Fiber Channel
• Experience with AI deployments
• Hyper-Converged Infrastructure experience
• High Performance Cluster experience
• 10+ years of related industry experience with bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Industry certifications desired (CCNA,CCNP, Nvidia Certifications, etc.)
