NeerInfo Solutions is seeking a Principal SAP Ariba Consultant to contribute as a subject matter expert across the consulting lifecycle. The role involves business process consulting, solution design and deployment, guiding project teams, supporting proposals and client training, and helping define project scope.

Responsibilities

• As a Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team and subject matter expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle
• You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution
• You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution
• You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope
• You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
• Define and architect end-to-end Ariba SCC solutions (including PO Collaboration, Forecast Collaboration, ASN, Inventory Collaboration, Consignment)
• Establish transaction rules strategy (default, supplier group, country-based)
• Drive fit-to-standard approach
• Lead and mentor functional and technical consultants
• Lead design workshops, blueprint sessions, and solution validation
• Oversee build, test, and deployment phases:
• Identify risks and provide proactive mitigation strategies
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders
• Present solution architecture and roadmap to leadership

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology
• Atleast 11 years of overall SAP experience with 5+ years in SAP Ariba SCC
