Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. An unnamed early-stage health technology company is hiring a Senior Product Engineer to build and enhance its core product platform. The role owns full-stack features from concept through production, builds reliable systems and integrations, and collaborates with Product and Design.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack product features across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and databases
• Collaborate with Product and Design stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions
• Own features from initial concept through deployment and production support
• Review code quality, identify architectural improvements, and address technical debt
• Evaluate and improve AI-generated code while maintaining engineering quality standards
• Build reliable, scalable systems and integrations that support business growth
• Communicate technical decisions and trade-offs effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Skills

• 5-7+ years of software engineering experience in production environments
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript and PostgreSQL in production applications
• Strong full-stack development experience spanning frontend and backend systems
• Previous experience working in startup or early-stage environments with limited structure
• Proven ability to independently scope, design, build, and deliver features end-to-end
• Experience using AI coding tools as part of the software development lifecycle
• Strong understanding of software architecture, code quality, security, and reliability best practices
