Confidential is seeking a Product Manager/Product Owner to lead product lifecycle activities, manage multiple features, and support digital and commercial banking products. The role involves defining requirements, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and driving product delivery.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Product management experience with ability to manage multiple features at one time
• Digital Banking, Commercial Banking, Payments Product Management experience
• Understanding of Cross-functional aspects with respect to Digital Banking Platform - Onboarding, Entitlements, Alerts, User activity logs, Virtual Assistant, Global Search etc
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology
• Experience documenting requirements and use cases
• Experience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
• Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Analytical skills and demonstrates attention to detail in written documentation
• Digital / Commercial Banking Domain Expertise
• Product Delivery & Program Management (Agile and Waterfall)
• Jira Roadmap Management, PI Planning, and Cross-functional Stakeholder Management
