Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cyara provides assurance for enterprise AI agents used in customer experience and contact centers. The Product Marketing Manager owns positioning, messaging, launches, competitive positioning, sales enablement, and technical content for Cyara’s agentic AI product lines.

Responsibilities

• Positioning and messaging for Agentic CX assurance. Write the narrative, defend it in front of sales and product, and update it when the market moves
• Launches. Own go-to-market for agentic AI releases end to end: launch tiering, enablement, content, analyst and press briefings, and post-launch measurement against pipeline targets
• Competitive positioning. Track the vendors showing up in our deals — pure-play AI evaluation tools, CCaaS-native testing, and manual QA teams — and give sellers a straight answer on where Cyara wins and where it does not
• Sales enablement. Build the pitch, the discovery questions, the objection handling, and the demo narrative. Sit in on calls and fix what is not landing
• Content that carries technical weight. Solution briefs, analyst submissions, webinars, launch blogs, and conference sessions on agentic AI assurance, LLM risk, and AI governance in CX
• Cross-functional partnership. Work daily with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, and Customer Success. Product marketing at Cyara is the connective tissue between what engineering builds and what a seller says on a call

Skills

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS or AI product marketing
• A track record of shipping launches that moved pipeline, with the numbers to show it
• Writing and presentations that stands on its own. Concise, specific, no filler
• Comfort with technical buyers and technical product teams
• Experience selling to enterprise accounts through a sales-led motion with long cycles and multiple stakeholders
• AI Native, Agentic AI startup experience
• CX or contact center background —conversational AI, NLU, or contact center operations
• Experience in QA, testing, observability, or monitoring categories
