What You’ll Do

As a Remote Product Support Specialist, you’ll be the voice of the consumer for a variety of brands across multiple industries. Your role will involve:

• Receive and review detailed In‑Home Usage Test (IHUT) Daily Schedules that outline tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journaling, capturing photos or videos, and providing written or verbal feedback.
• Use the product responsibly and follow all safety and usage guidelines to ensure accurate, unbiased results.
• Document your experience meticulously—taking screenshots, audio recordings, and video clips as required.
• Participate in brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology when prompted, leveraging cutting‑edge smartphone tools to capture point‑of‑emotion insights.
• Engage in private chat rooms or discussion forums hosted by partner market‑research firms to share observations and answer follow‑up questions.
• Submit daily reports and final reviews within the specified deadlines to maintain the integrity of the testing timeline.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data security throughout the testing process.

Essential Qualifications

• Age 18 or older with a valid U.S. address.
