• Follow Structured Schedules: Adhere to the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may include unpacking, reading instructions, usage periods, online feedback, and review writing.
• Leverage brighthush Mobile Technology: Use our cutting‑edge mobile app to record Point‑of‑Emotion insights, ensuring depth and authenticity in your responses.
• Engage in Private Discussions: Participate in secure chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner research firms to discuss product impressions.
• Submit Comprehensive Reviews: Provide honest, detailed feedback in the format requested by each project.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Protect proprietary information and respect the privacy of all participants.
