The Program Manager will lead cloud migration, transformation, and data center consolidation projects, managing stakeholders, budgets, timelines, resources, and risks while ensuring successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end cloud migration projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Oversee data center consolidation and migration initiatives, coordinating with various stakeholders to minimize downtime and ensure seamless transitions
• Develop and implement transformation strategies to optimize IT infrastructure and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to align project goals with organizational objectives
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on budget
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with cloud migrations and data center consolidations
• Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Program Manager, with a focus on cloud migrations, transformation, and data center consolidations
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with data center operations, including infrastructure management, network design, and security
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools
• Knowledge of ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements related to data center operations and cloud services
