Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Synergis is recruiting for a Program Manager, Service Quality role supporting a Sales Readiness Go-to-Market team. The role drives operational excellence, manages global Sales Readiness programs, coordinates learning initiatives, and tracks and communicates program results.

Responsibilities

• Project management (develop plan, timelines, own completion of milestones) for global Sales Readiness programs
• Create and execute Sales Readiness communication plans
• Own LSS Sales Readiness microsites (type, branding, keeping current)
• Build and publish dashboard of program success (measure and track progress, identify misses, create plan to improve/solve)
• Proactively identify, communicate and mitigate project risks
• Coordination and logistical support for learning programs (offsites, summits, kick-offs)
• Use problem solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems
• Learn quickly, be proactive, and assume ownership for broad tracks of work

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 6+ years project management experience
• 6+ years of sales experience in a closing role or sales readiness or learning & development or management consulting
• Analytical in your approach to understanding business impact of our Sales Readiness programs
• Expertise in project management
• Experience leading multiple projects and successfully meeting deadlines with little supervision
• Strong executive presence including the ability to set clear expectations and hold co-workers accountable for meeting commitments
• Communication (written and oral) – demonstrated ability to write concise, clear, effective emails and build strong presentations
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail – strong organization, ability to close the loop, low tolerance for error
• Technologically savvy – experience with an LMS and with SharePoint preferred
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, agile environment
• PMP Certified
