Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Coforge is hiring a Program Manager to lead mainframe modernization initiatives involving WebMethods and related technologies. The role oversees end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder collaboration, WebMethods implementation, risk management, progress reporting, and leadership of project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end program lifecycle for mainframe modernization initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans
• Oversee the implementation of WebMethods solutions, ensuring integration with existing systems and processes
• Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership to ensure transparency and alignment
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful program delivery
• Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators, and report on status to stakeholders
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in mainframe modernization and WebMethods technologies

Skills

• • Proven experience in mainframe modernization projects, with a deep understanding of legacy systems and migration strategies
• • Strong expertise in WebMethods, including integration, API management, and workflow automation
• • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• • 10-15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on IT transformation and modernization
• • Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment
• Master's degree preferred
• • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• • Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application in modernization efforts
• • Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools
• • Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus
