Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Airbnb is a global hospitality marketplace that connects Hosts and guests in cities and regions around the world. The Program Operations Manager will support unmanaged markets by building scalable host enablement, lifecycle marketing, and guest outreach programs, while analyzing performance data to prioritize growth opportunities. The role also coordinates with cross-functional teams to improve host quality, booking performance, and operational transitions.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable, repeatable processes and programs to drive growth and deliver measurable impact for a large host portfolio
• Manage at-scale host optimization programs, including email interaction campaigns and webinars, to drive listing quality and booking performance
• Build and maintain host resource content, geo-specific newsletters tied to local occasions and seasonality, and lifecycle campaigns that scale host enablement across longtail markets
• Build and maintain lightweight trackers/dashboards giving visibility into campaign throughput, host engagement, and cancellation rates across longtail markets
• Analyze campaign and host performance data (engagement rates, optimization uptake, cancellation trends) to flag what's working and recommend improvements
• Leverage data insights to identify, prioritize, and act on strategic opportunities for revenue growth
• Partner with the Market Management team to identify which hosts and markets are ready to transition to/from longtail management, and support that handoff
• Collaborate with RevOps, Marketing, Education, and Product to align on priorities and share performance insights
• Continuously deepen your knowledge of assigned markets and service categories to inform strategy and execution

Skills

• 4 - 6+ years of experience in operations, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, business analytics, data analysis, program management, or at-scale account management – ideally in a marketplace, hospitality, or high-growth environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data to prioritize work and measure impact
• Comfortable pulling and vetting data; SQL experience a strong plus
• Experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate content production, analysis, and reporting
• Excellent execution skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple campaigns and content workstreams simultaneously
• Strong bias for action; curious and excited to learn new skills and scopes
• Effective time management and prioritization in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Experience building or maintaining lifecycle/email marketing campaigns a plus
• Prior experience supporting host, seller, or partner-facing programs in a two-sided marketplace
• Adaptable under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Strong bias for action; curious and excited to learn new skills and scopes
• Fluent in English; professional proficiency in Spanish, Italian, and/or French a plus
