Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. 4Consulting, Inc is seeking a Project Management Specialist to support client projects and technology consulting services. The role coordinates learning and certification programs, tracks program performance, prepares stakeholder reports, and improves practices across alliance portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Partner with alliance leadership and stakeholders to align learning strategies, program objectives, and certification campaigns with external certification targets and organizational priorities
• Plan and coordinate program activities, certification campaigns, schedules, logistics, communications, and reporting to support successful execution
• Track and analyze program metrics, including enrollments, completions, and certifications, and prepare executive-ready status reports and stakeholder updates
• Identify process improvement opportunities, develop program launch communications and marketing materials, and implement scalable practices across multiple alliance portfolios

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6–9 years of experience in project or program management, including program planning, stakeholder coordination, performance tracking, reporting, and process improvement
• Program Management, Project Planning, Program Reporting, Ad Hoc Reporting, Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis, Performance Metrics, Executive Communications, Stakeholder Management, Process Improvement
• Experience managing enterprise learning and certification programs, including enrollment tracking, completion monitoring, certification campaigns, and program performance reporting
• Experience managing complex government technology initiatives across requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and operational transition while coordinating state agencies, business teams, technical teams, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with alliance leadership and external stakeholders to align program strategies, certification objectives, communications, and operational priorities
• Experience coordinating cross-functional program activities, identifying process improvements, and scaling successful practices across multiple business portfolios
• Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders
• Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting skills
• Experience managing certification campaigns, learning programs, and program performance metrics
• Strong analytical, organizational, and process improvement skills
