[Remote] Project Manager, D2C
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Addison Group is recruiting for an unnamed global consumer brand. The Project Manager will lead delivery of Direct-to-Consumer and eCommerce initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and projects through testing and release.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- Manage multiple eCommerce projects through the full project lifecycle
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and status reporting
- Author epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira
- Coordinate requirements gathering, design reviews, UAT, product demos, and release activities
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
- Track project dependencies, risks, decisions, and blockers
- Communicate project progress, timelines, and risks to leadership and cross-functional teams
Skills
- 7+ years of Project Management experience supporting business and IT initiatives
- 7+ years of Scrum Master experience within Agile environments
- Strong retail and/or eCommerce project delivery experience
- Hands-on experience with Jira, including backlog management, story creation, and acceptance criteria
- Proven experience leading UAT and release planning activities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams
- Smartsheet experience
- Consumer brand experience
- Experience with Confluence, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to hit the ground running
- Experience balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative approach to working with both technical and business teams
- A track record of delivering projects on time and with high quality
