Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of software development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for software projects. Lead and facilitate cross-functional software development teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration. Oversee the implementation of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies within the software development process. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs and technical specifications.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of project management experience, with a significant portion dedicated to software development projects. Proven experience managing projects in a fully remote or distributed team environment. Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban). Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
