Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Reqroute, Inc is seeking a Python Full Stack Engineer for a remote contract role. The position focuses on developing scalable full stack applications, backend services with Python and/or TypeScript, React user interfaces, and cloud-native AWS solutions while collaborating across engineering teams and promoting software quality and performance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications
• Build and enhance backend services using Python and/or TypeScript
• Develop responsive user interfaces using React
• Design and support cloud-native solutions on AWS
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Drive best practices in software design, code quality, and system performance

Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with Python and/or TypeScript
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services and cloud architecture
• Advanced React development experience
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and Agile methodologies
• Terraform and Infrastructure as Code experience
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, or ELK
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and technical design experience
