Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software QA engineering within a SaaS or software product environment
• Demonstrated experience testing APIs and validating complex technical workflows across integrated systems
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or equivalent, with the ability to construct, execute, and evaluate API test cases independently
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and QA's role within sprint-based delivery models
• Advanced proficiency with Jira for defect management, test tracking, and reporting; experience with Confluence for documentation
