Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize electronic client and administrative records
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed
• Update and manage digital record systems in a timely manner
• Conduct routine audits of files to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Assist with document retrieval for internal teams when needed
• Prepare reports and summaries related to record management
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
• Archive or securely dispose of outdated documents according to policy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in records management, healthcare administration, or clerical support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar systems
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
